bridal bouquet

This sumptuous bridal bouquet was an array of aromas.  Lilacs, Lily of the Valley, Freesias and seasonal foliage were finished off with the beautiful 'Patience' David Austin rose.  A traditional country wedding with a modern twist, resulting in a wonderful winter wonderland.

bridesmaids head circlets

This year sees the return of the traditional wedding styles, such as these beautiful bridesmaids head circlets.  Made to compliment the bouquet the circlets were brimming with rose buds, jasmine and hyacinths - again offering such a wonderful fragrance.

floral arch

This abundant floral arch created the perfect welcome to the guests and bridal party at the church.  Made with foliage as the focus this country charm display was finished with lillies, roses and freesias.

pew ends

The pew ends added a soft touch and looked wonderful made with wintery white tulips and finished with the fragrant lilac.

Confetti Baskets

Confetti baskets brimming with fresh rose petals were awaiting the guests as they left the church.  Each basket was passed around the guests and there was plenty to go around.  Fresh petals are environmentally friendly too!

Cyclamen & candles

The beauty of an afternoon ceremony is that candles can be used to decorate the church to create such a magical effect.  Each ledge in the church foyer was decoratd with pots of white cyclamen, hurricane lanterns & tealights.

Lanterns

The effect of lanterns as the bride & groom left the church was truly breathtaking.  The lanterns lined the path to the gates and provided a magical walkway.  Lanterns are available to hire from us.

 Marquee poles

The marquee pillars were dressed from floor to ceiling with an abundance of greenery & foliage, adding to the country theme of the day.  Flowers used in addition to the foliage included lillies, roses & fragrant freesias.

Amaryllis topiary tree

A winter wonderland set the scene for the final part to the day.  Tables were decoarated with white amaryllis topiary trees adding a dramatic effect to the large space.

Table decorations

Repeating the amaryllis arrangements along the length of the tables added to the overall 'wow' of the evening.  Small pots of narcissi sat amongst the amaryllis which provided a contrast to the large blooms and a wonderful aroma to the room.

Fake trees

The Love Lily team created the 'fake' trees using up to eight silver birch trees for each 'tree'.  The result were large trees which outlined the room and hanging in them were glass votives with twinkling tea lights.  Under the star cloth it really did appear that you were outside, celebrating under the stars.

Trees & tables

The full effect of the trees together with the amaryllis table centres was truly breathtaking. Certainly an event to remember.
